Medical Case Management can be defined as promoting optimal recovery and rehabilitation of injured workers in a cost-effective and timely manner. The case manager critically assesses the quality of care, cost, and efficiency of medical treatment. Our overall view of Medical Management contains seven major steps:

• Coordinates and attend appropriate independent medical evaluations and Functional Capacity Evaluations

• Development of client rehabilitation plan

• Obtainment all records, films and test results

• Expediting cost effective treatment
